2.17.02 - ROYAL PAVILION, BRIGHTON / As I walked down the tiled corridor between the music room and the royal apartments, I felt a waddle come over me—
as I walked in the footsteps of obese and gouty royalty, in fact—
as it turned out—
as I hadn't known, until reaching the apartments' wall texts wherefrom I learned that this had been the very situation which had caused King George IV to move his bed downstairs.
